Key West Magazine is published monthly from October through July and bimonthly in August and September by The Florida Keys Publishing Company. Subscription price is $24.95 ($49.95 in Canada) per year. The advertiser agrees the publisher shall not be liable for damages arising out of errors in advertisements beyond the amount paid for the space occupied by that portion of the advertisement in which the error occurred, whether such error is due to the negligence of the publisher or otherwise, and there shall be no liability for non-insertion of any advertisement beyond amount paid for such advertisement.
